These Terms of Use (‘‘Terms’’) govern your use of our website located at www.innatelyscience.com (‘‘Site’’)and form a binding contractual agreement between you, the user of site and services, and us (“us”, “our”, “we”). For that reason these Terms are important and you should ensure that you read them carefully and contact us with any questions before you use the Site. 1. Agreement
By booking a workshop with Innately Science, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms and conditions may be subject to change, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
2. Booking and Payment
a. Reservation: To secure a spot in a workshop, a reservation must be made through our designated booking platform or by contacting Nadia Rajab directly at nadiarajab@innatelyscience.com
b. Payment: Full payment for the workshop is required at the time of booking. Payments for our workshops are currently processed and managed using the third party vendor Stripe. Stripe allows payment using Visa (credit and debit cards), MasterCard (credit and debit cards), American Express, Discover (US merchants only), and Apple Pay.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
a. Cancellation by Participant: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled workshop date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop date are non-refundable.
b. Cancellation by Innately Science: In the unlikely event that Innately Science cancels a workshop, participants will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
4. Workshop Modifications
a. Changes by Innately Science: Innately Science reserves the right to make changes to the workshop itinerary, content, or venue. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
b. Participant Substitutions: Participants may request to substitute another person in their place, subject to approval by Nadia Rajab by contacting nadiarajab@innatelyscience.com
5. Participant Conduct
a. Respectful Behaviour: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner towards instructors and fellow participants.
b. Safety: Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines provided by Innately Science during the workshop.
6. Liability
a. Personal Belongings: Innately Science is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the workshop.
b. Injuries: Participants acknowledge that crafting activities involve some level of risk and agree to hold Innately Science harmless for any injuries sustained during the workshop.
7. Photography and Marketing
a. Consent: Participants consent to the use of photographs or videos taken during the workshop for marketing and promotional purposes by Innately Science. Consent will be obtained through the booking form when booking a workshop. If you prefer not to be included in photographs or videos, please opt out of this during checkout. Consent will also be checked at the start of the workshop.
8. Copyright Notice

8.2 We, together with our licensors, own and control all the copyright in the Site and the material contained on the Site.
8.3 All the copyright rights in our Site and in the material on the Site are reserved.
8.4 To the extent permitted by law, you may not reproduce or communication any of the content on this Site, including files downloadable from the Site without our permission. Fair payment may be requested.
8.5 We may receive compensation for the use of any content on this Site by educational institutions and governments.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
